The ingredients in these homemade recipes can be found at the supermarket or in a store selling natural and organic products.
Matcha Green Tea Mask
Reduces sun damage and gives your skin a glow.
Matcha green tea is an ingredient composed of antioxidants that are essential for good health. These antioxidants are used primarily to reduce the damage caused by the sun. Thus, the Matcha is an excellent ingredient to fight skin aging.
Regarding coconut oil, this ingredient will give you a glowing skin. So if you’ve been in the sun, coconut oil will help your skin regain its natural radiance.
2 tsp. Matcha
1/2 tsp. of coconut oil
1 tbs. of water
1. Pour the matcha tea into a bowl.
2. Add the coconut oil and water.
3. Mix to a thick paste.
4. Add a little water to get a creamy mixture. However, avoid adding too much water; otherwise it will not stay on your face.
Apply on clean skin and leave the mask on for 15 minutes or more. Then rinse with water. You can use your hands or a damp washcloth.

Cocoa is known to be an edible ingredient, but it still proves to be an excellent ingredient for beauty treatments. Indeed, cocoa is a natural ingredient made from minerals, helping to combat premature skin aging. Thus, the components of this ingredient stimulate cell growth. Additionally, it helps improve the texture and hydration of your skin.
Regarding yogurt, it contains moisturizing properties that add a glow to your skin. Moreover, it contains lactic acid which helps to tighten the pores of your skin by reducing all imperfections.
As for oats, this ingredient simply makes your skin softer and smoother. In addition, oats can act as an excellent exfoliant, as this ingredient helps remove bacteria and dead skin cells.

2 tbs. cocoa powder
1 tsp. honey
2 tbs. plain yogurt
1 tbs. of oat powder
1. Pour cocoa powder into a bowl.
2. In the same bowl, add the plain yogurt and the oatmeal powder.
3. Pour the honey.
4. Mix to a paste.
Apply on clean skin and leave the mask on for 15 minutes or more. Rinse your face with water.
It is important not to rub it harshly, but simply to pat it on your face.
Banana Hair Mask

The banana, rich in potassium, vitamins and carbohydrates, has several benefits for the hair. This fruit helps prevent split ends and makes your hair glistening. In addition, this ingredient helps your hair growth and prevents dandruff.
The avocado is an ingredient that strengthens and nourishes your hair. Thus, it can be used for stopping hair loss or just to repair broken hair. Composed of fatty acids and vitamins, the avocado helps provide your hair with health and shine.
1 tbs. olive oil
Essential oil of your choice (lemon, lavender, mint, etc.)
1. Place the banana and the avocado in a bowl.
2. Crush and mix the two ingredients to a smooth paste without lumps.
3. Add the olive oil.
4. Add two or three drops of the essential oil.
5. Mix the ingredients to obtain a smooth mixture.
Apply the mask to wet hair. Then, spread the mixture over the entire length of your hair including the scalp with special attention to the ends. Massage the mixture on your scalp. Afterwards, put a shower cap and let the mixture sit for 15 minutes or more. Remove the shower cap and rinse your hair with cold water.
Coffee Body Scrub

4. Add the brown sugar.
5. Mix all the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Apply on wet skin. It is best to do the treatment in the shower. Rub gently, not to irritate your skin and rinse.
